Volunteer Opportunities

The work of DanceVision would not be possible without the time, talent and energy of its volunteers.  The all-volunteer member Board of Directors oversees a number of task forces. Our extended DanceVision family consists of many people all dedicated to providing an appreciation for the arts which will serve as a catalyst to engage the community in dance and dance instruction.

Media Inquiries

Several times a month, DanceVision receives questions or requests for interviews from the media; the Artistic Directors or a Board member answers these requests.

Grant Writing

DanceVision applies to various agencies for grants to increase available programming dollars for seasonal events.

Provides a residency to help schools meet the New Jersey Department of Education ("NJDOE") Core Curriculum Standards, adopted by NJDOE in response to the federal "No Child Left Behind Act" of 2001.
